A brief history of Crosby Yacht
history.gif (15085 bytes)We are proud of our history at Crosby Yacht Yard. Past company names have included the "Crosby Yacht Building and Storage Company" moniker. Boat building and repair has taken place on these grounds since the early 1800's.

Did you know that during World War II the Army Corps of Engineers took control of the Crosby Yacht property in order to conduct landing boat training for the Normandy invasion? We recently had a visit from a Veterans group who were stationed here in Osterville to tell us all about it.
